How much does Estudio Helios cost?
The site lists the regular rate at USD 130 an hour, booked one session at a time. Prepaid passes include colour grading and audio optimisation: Essential, 8 hours for USD 999; Signature, 14 hours for USD 1,610; and Elite, 20 hours for USD 2,100. Pass hours are valid for 60, 90 and 120 days respectively.
How do I book and what do I pay up front?
Book online through the client portal on the studio's website, where you pick the day and start time up to 31 days ahead. Every session is reserved with a deposit of one studio hour; the remaining hours and any extras are invoiced after the session, and files are released once the invoice is paid. Sessions cancelled at least 48 hours ahead are eligible for a full refund; later cancellations are not refundable.
How long can a session be?
A single session runs up to four hours. Your first set is ready when you arrive, and switching to another set takes 10 to 20 minutes, billed as studio time.
When will I get my files?
Files are uploaded to Google Drive within three working days, and next-day delivery is available for an additional USD 100. To take raw footage home on the day, bring a hard drive; a long multi-camera session can reach around 400 GB.
When is the studio open?
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 22:00. It is closed on Sundays.
