What BestMedellin is
BestMedellin is an independent listings site for Medellin, starting with Laureles and Estadio. Agencies publish their properties here; buyers browse the whole market in one place, in English, for free.
We are not an agency. We do not sell property, we do not represent buyers or sellers, and we never take a commission. When you contact an agency about a home, you deal with them directly.
Why it exists
Searching for property in Medellin from abroad usually means jumping between agency websites in Spanish, each showing only its own inventory. Prices come without context: what estrato means, what the admin fee covers, what closing actually costs. We built the site we wished existed.

The rules we hold ourselves to
Every listing is published with the agency's written permission. Stale listings get chased or removed, because dead listings are what make property sites useless. Market claims on this site come from named sources, not guesses.
